Santa play

Took Oz and Iz to Santa play on Christmas day, but it just felt too old for the children to appreciate.  Very good but lacking in Magic and sadly Oz announced close to the end, that he was sad and didn't feel very Christmassy, so Stu took him to the restaurant for cake instead.  Must say, it wouldn't have killed them to make it snow for the children, or to have rained sweets or ANYTHING… just a bit magical Christmas stuff.  Still Izzy enjoyed it. So one out of two ain't bad!

learning how to press buttons already!!

Izzy had another tantrum which resulted in the ultimate threat to me, 'to put on her shoes and walk through the house,' I might have to get a handle on my OCD!

I need Glasses Mummy.

See this innocent face? Grrrr... Just spent the last 24 hrs worrried to death after being told by sch her vision is seriously impaired. Just been to the optician who says he thinks not, though poss mildly shortsighted. At THIS point Izzy started telling us about the episode of Charlie and Lola where Lola really wants glasses and everything then became much clearer to both the optician and me!!!!!

still missing my Boo boo at home!

Miss these days, when Izzy used to sneak into Oscar's room and raid his stuff, was so cute! And she still talks about the girls who looked after her the couple of days she used to attend nursery, Courtney, Kim and Rosie her favourites. A great nursery, same cheerful energetic staff over the 5 yrs, infact 8 since Ozzy also attended the same lovely place!

baby started school.

My little Baby started school 2 wks ago on the 9th September age 4.  I miss her so much.  Its two weeks on and I think I miss her more!  She loves school though and is very happy, which is fantastic.  I'm very proud of her, as ever, she has taken it all in her stride!  Good Girl!
